The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to multiple train stations. It is just a short walk from Suidobashi JR station and near to Kasuga and Korakuen subway stations. there is a 24-hour supermarket right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities.
The hotel could benefit from having a safety box in the rooms.

Our room at Richmond Hotel was small, but the bathroom was modern and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. The convenient location near Tokyo Dome and Suidobashi Station made exploring the city easy. The hotel also had helpful facilities like a self-serve microwave, vending machines, and a laundry room.

The cleanliness of the room was perfect, with modern and well-kept facilities. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway, making transportation around the city easy. the hotel is situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was very close to the Suidobashi metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, being right across from the popular Tokyo Dome park and facing an amusement park with tons of stores added to the convenience. Secondly, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even providing an extra bed for the third person in my group. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a fluffy bed and a good ventilation system. All the basic amenities were provided and the breakfast offered was delicious. this hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail.
No negatives, my stay was perfect.

Great location near Lawson, Tokyo Dome, LaQua, Don Quijote, and metro stations. Beds are comfortable after long travel. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Wheelchair available. English-speaking staff.
